Best Western Plus Landmark Inn - Laconia

The hotel was located near to the mountains. Units with sofa. Throughout the day stuff where superfriendly and helpful.

The property was fairly clean, the room was clean and impressive. Magnificent location of the hotel very close to the event we were attending. Besides, it was close enough to mountains and lakes and grocery store. The staff was pleasant, whenever we needed help. The service was friendly with a fine check-in. We had access to free parking, nice pool.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was perfect and convenient, near to softball tournament, grocery store quality baked goods and lakes. What's more, Oh Canada eh Dinner show was within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff we met were not that friendly.

A great selection of food for breakfast, it was delightful. The location was convenient, staff were efficient.

I loved the location, view from window, continental breakfast and friendly staff.

Had enjoyable stay, its close to the New Hampshire Speed way, room was clean, neat. Would have preferred a small refrig and microway in our way.

The head housekeeper. She catered to all of our needs before we even asked her too. She was fantastic.

The cost. Have stayed there many times in last 2 years. The cost varies so much. Just stayed there in August and paid $70.00 a night. This last time, 99.00 a night....

Location was great for the things we did. Very easy to get to everything we were doing for the weekend. The cost of the room and what your got for emenities was of good value for the location.

Bathroom was a little small

It was a short distance from the White Mountains. So, the location was good for foliage and for that particular weekend (Columbus Day Weekend), the rate was good.

We had a basic TV no flat screen... No restaurant in the hotel for room service. So, eating lunch or dinner required you to drive somewhere. But, at least a continental breakfast was provided.

Nice breakfast options, and the location was perfect for family visits!

The pool was chillier than my ex's heart!

The room was clean, quiet and in a good location for in-town exploration on foot in Laconia. As well as that, for business, if needing to visit the Belknap County Court - it is across the street. The other convenience is that there is a drugstore right outside, so just about anything you need is very close at hand.

The keying system is a plain old key. Funny to say, but I had trouble using the key to open the door. A card system would be much easier to use.

We stayed at the hotel and went to a wedding in the early evening. I found your staff to be very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. We have family in the area and would stay at the Landmark Hotel again if we were to stay overnight.

I stayed for one night while exploring the nearby attractions and found the location very convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant night’s sleep. Despite a few cleanliness issues, I appreciated the friendly staff who were accommodating during my stay.

We stayed at the lndmark for just one night on a trip and it was good for the price. older hotel, but keep up and clean. Not real modern but suited or need for the one night stay.
